Career: 

1827 – Christina of Sweden Refusing to Spare the Life of Her Equerry, Monaldeschi wins second place medal at Paris Salon

1830 – participates in the anti-revolutionary royalist uprising  in the Vendée

1832 - imprisoned for royalist sympathies

1834 – flees Paris, settles in Florence
